데이터 삭제 안내 (Data Deletion Instructions)

help119 크리에이터 스튜디오(help119.co.kr)는 이용자가 연결한 Instagram, Facebook 페이지, Threads 계정의 정보로 게시물 발행, 댓글, DM 자동응답을 처리합니다. 이용자는 아래 방법으로 언제든 이 정보를 지울 수 있습니다.

방법 1. 스튜디오에서 연결 해제 (바로 삭제)

  1. help119 에 로그인한 뒤 크리에이터 스튜디오 대시보드로 갑니다.
  2. 채널 카드에서 지울 계정 옆의 「해제」를 누릅니다.
  3. 그 계정의 연결 정보와 토큰, 예약 글, DM 규칙, DM·댓글 기록이 바로 지워집니다.

방법 2. 플랫폼 설정에서 앱 제거

  • Facebook: 설정 및 개인정보 > 설정 > 비즈니스 통합에서 help119 Publisher 를 제거합니다.
  • Instagram: 설정 > 웹사이트 권한 > 앱 및 웹사이트에서 help119 Publisher 를 제거합니다.
  • Threads: 설정 > 계정 > 웹사이트 권한에서 help119 Publisher 를 제거합니다.

앱을 제거하면서 데이터 삭제를 요청하면 Meta 가 help119 에 삭제 요청을 보내고, help119 는 서명을 확인한 뒤 방법 1과 같은 정보를 자동으로 지웁니다. 처리 후 받은 확인 코드로 https://help119.co.kr/oauth/{채널}/delete?code=확인코드 에서 처리 여부를 볼 수 있습니다.

방법 3. 이메일로 요청

webmaster@bnocorp.com 으로 아래 내용을 보내 주세요. 영업일 기준 7일 안에 처리하고 결과를 회신합니다.

  • help119 아이디, 그리고 연결한 Instagram 사용자명, Facebook 페이지 이름 또는 Threads 사용자명
  • 지울 범위(전체 또는 특정 계정)

지워지는 정보

  • 연결한 계정의 ID, 이름, 사용자명, 접근 토큰, 권한 목록
  • 예약했거나 발행한 글, 첨부 주소, 발행 결과
  • DM 자동응답 규칙, 주고받은 DM 과 댓글 기록

help119 가 보관한 정보만 지워집니다. 이미 각 플랫폼에 올라간 게시물·댓글·DM 은 그 플랫폼에서 직접 지워야 합니다. help119 회원 탈퇴는 회원정보 수정 화면에서 할 수 있습니다.

Data Deletion Instructions (English)

  1. In the studio: sign in at help119.co.kr, open the creator studio dashboard and press Disconnect next to the account. Its connection data and token, scheduled posts, reply rules and message and comment logs are deleted at once.
  2. In the platform settings: remove help119 Publisher under Facebook Settings > Business Integrations, Instagram Settings > Website permissions > Apps and websites, or Threads Settings > Account > Website permissions. When you request deletion there, Meta notifies help119 and the same data is deleted automatically. You can check the status at https://help119.co.kr/oauth/{channel}/delete?code=<confirmation code>.
  3. By email: write to webmaster@bnocorp.com with your help119 ID and the connected account names. We act within 7 business days.

Posts, comments and messages already published on a platform stay there and must be deleted on that platform.
